The much awaited Annual Sports Day was held on Wednesday 06th February 2019, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. The programme began with the Principal Mrs. Zabihun Nisha welcoming the esteemed gathering and emphasised on the importance of sports in a child's life. Madam principal also took the salute of the impressive March Past of the students.
The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by the Discipline captain. An energizing equestrian display set the tone for the rest of the event. Once the races began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes.Students of various classes participated in various sports like 50 meters, 100 meters, balloon race, frog race, slow cycle race, long jump etc. Fun time with a tug- of- war between the seniors of class 9th and 10th added to the enjoyment.
The Winners were awarded medals and trophy by the principal
